Rice with low arsenic levels

Consumer Reports has released their most-recent report on arsenic levels in rice. An overview is available, but the full report seems to have disappeared.

To summarize, the lowest-arsenic choices are basmati rice from India, Pakistan, or California, or sushi rice from the US. Based on that, I buy Lundberg California basmati rice. They actually do their own arsenic testing with results shared openly, and they have a fairly inexpensive "eco-farmed" option that they suggest is close to organic without the cost of organic certification.

With Lundberg's rice, you do have to confirm that the bag reads "California White Basmati" to be guaranteed it's 100% Californian. If it reads "American White Basmati," it contains some rice from elsewhere in the US. Unfortunately both bags have the same UPC.
