Proline supplements with the fewest additives
Proline is an amino acid that's necessary for collagen synthesis, and may lower Lipoprotein(a). However, many proline supplements use excipients to make manufacturing easier and less expensive. I try to avoid such excipients when possible. If you want to do the same, my recommendations are:
No-additive L-proline gelatin capsule recommendations:
- silica-free / silicon-dioxide-free
- hypromellose-free / hydroxypropyl methylcellulose-free
