Malic acid supplements with the fewest additives
Malic acid may fight fibromyalgia, lower blood pressure, and soften gallstones. However, many malic acid supplements contain more than just the acid. For example, silica or silicon dioxide are often added to prevent caking and magnesium stearate or stearic acid for easier manufacturing.
I try to avoid these additives because they may have questionable health effects. If you want to do the same, my recommendations for the purest malic acid supplements are:
