Corn tortilla chips made with coconut oil
This is probably the tiniest page I've made, I just wanted to suggest a couple of brands of tortilla chips that are made without unnecessary ingredients and with low-PUFA oils:
Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
Organic non-GMO blue corn, organic non-GMO coconut oil, and Real Salt-brand sea salt.
Organic Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
Organic non-GMO yellow corn, organic non-GMO coconut oil, and Real Salt-brand sea salt.
They confirmed to me that they're using nixtamalized corn ("we follow as traditional a method as we can and the addition of limewater to our unprocessed corn kernels in the cooking process increases the nutritional value of the resulting masa and makes it much easier to work with in our low and slow cooking process").
Ingredients for the Authentic, Blue Corn, and Creole flavors: ground corn (non-GMO), coconut oil, sea salt, spices, trace of lime.
